Workwear Jackets

The most popular work jacket we stock is often referred to as a lab coat when it is white, but is often called a warehouse coat or even a 'cow gown' in other colours.  These are all essentially the same item - a mid thigh length jacket  that is very practical to slip over normal clothing.  This item is extremely popular with school chemistry departments and colleges too.

The other main type of work jacket we stock is called a drivers jacket.  This is usually a waist length blouson type jacket as drivers tend not to like longer jackets - you end up sitting on the lower part of the jacket which is uncomfortable.  These jackets almost always have matching drivers trousers, to provide a complete uniform.  Drivers jackets have fallen out of favour a little in recent years, being replaced by polo shirts and sweatshirts but some firms still prefer their durability and practicality, particularly because they tend to have plenty of pockets.
