The B-Seen Carnoustie Hi-Visibility Fleece is premium quality and uses high density 300gm polyester fleece fabric. Fully EN471 Class 3 compliant. 3M reflective tape. Two zipped pockets. Drawcord at hip. Saturn Yellow or Hi-Vis Orange. The B-Seen Carnoustie Hi-Visibility Fleece is a far superior garment to many of the 'cheap and nasty' hi viz fleeces on the market
