Delivery Methods
We aim to deliver your purchase quickly and securely at the best price available.
All deliveries are Next Day (or ‘Express’ where next day is unavailable) and will usually require a signature as proof of delivery. It is often easier to have items delivered to your workplace or an address where there is usually someone available to sign. In some instances the goods can be left safe in a secure location that you specify, or a neighbour can sign for you. This is at your own risk – you can add these special instructions during the checkout.
We use Initial City Link, DPD, UPS or Royal Mail for deliveries dependant on the weight, value and destination of the goods. If you are unavailable to sign they will leave you a card so you can arrange redelivery. We monitor the progress of parcels sent by carrier and we may contact you if the driver is having difficulty finding you or to confirm that you have received the card.
Delivery Prices

We deliver to the UK mainland for £3.50 for orders that are under 2kg and under £50.00 in value, using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. Orders over 2kg or over £50.00 are sent by DPD Next day at a cost of £4.95. The DPD service includes a 1 hour delivery time slot which is notified by email early on the day of delivery - you don't have to wait in all day! Orders exceeding £150 in value are delivered free to this zone.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight. Delivery for parcels below 5kg is £4.95. Parcels over 5kg are sent by courier at a cost of £15.95. The postcodes in this zone are AB31, AB33 - 38, AB44 - 56, all BT, FK17-22, G83,HS1-9, all IM, IV1-28, IV33-39, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27, KA28, KW1-3, KW5-17, PA21-33, PA35-40, PH18-26, PH30-42, PA20, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-78, PH42-44, TR21 - 25, and ZE1-3. This price covers a single carton up to 30kg - large orders with multiple cartons are £16.95 per carton.

Orders below 5kg are sent via Royal Mail for £4.95 (zero VAT). Parcels over 5kg are sent by courier at a cost of £16.95 (zero VAT).

Deliveries to France, Germany, Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg and The Netherlands are sent at a cost of £12.50 + VAT (£15.00). Deliveries are sent by courier, full tracking details are provided via email and typical transit times is 2 days. This price covers a single carton up to 30kg - large orders with multiple cartons are £12.50 per carton.

Italy, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Finland, Portugal and Greece are sent at a cost of £18.95 + VAT (£22.74). Deliveries are sent by courier, full tracking details are provided via email and typical transit times are 3 - 4 days. This price covers a single carton up to 30kg - large orders with multiple cartons are £18.95 per carton.

We do not accept web orders from destinations other than those listed above. We do accept offline orders (business to business orders only, no retail customers) and please note that electronic bank transfer prior to despatch is the only acceptable payment method in these circumstances - we will not accept credit cards. |
Delivery Times
Each product displays the usual delivery time as a guide. Please note that this is not a guarantee – if you need to confirm availability please contact us. If an item is not available within the indicated delivery schedule we will contact you as soon as possible to advise the updated delivery time. We aim to do this within 1 working day although this can occasionally be longer during busy periods.
Items shown as ‘In stock’ are usually dispatched the same day for next day delivery (weekdays only, if ordered before 2.00pm). Stock levels are not ‘real time’ but are updated periodically throughout the day - there may be instances where an item shown as ‘In Stock’ is no longer available (e.g. multiple orders of a single product between updates). If you require urgent delivery we would always recommend you contact us to confirm real time availability and avoid disappointment.
Returns
You will receive a returns form with your order which can be used to send the item back for exchange or refund. Full instructions are provided on the form. If you've lost the form you can still return the item provided you include your order number and clear instructions as to what you want us to do. Alternatively, you can download a blank copy here
You can send an item back for any reason within 14 days - if an item is sent back unused we will exchange it for another product or provide a full refund. Items should be in their original condition. Pet owners should note that garments returned with animal hairs on them will be rejected. This can also apply to glitter / makeup which can be extremely difficult to remove without laundering. If you are a smoker, please do not smoke when trying on clothing items and do not leave them in a smoky room. The smell can be impossible to remove without laundering and can therefore lead to a return being rejected.
You are responsible for returns postage costs. Some heavy items, such as boots, are expensive to return via the post office - we can collect these from you for a standard delivery charge of £4.95 (NB. this applies to the UK mainland zone only).
You hold responsibility for the item until it reaches us so you should ensure that it is well packaged to avoid any damage in transit. Postage will be charged for replacements and the original postage charge is not refundable. Sending an item for exchange indicates your acceptance of returns postage charges.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipping and we will provide a full refund. Any items cancelled after we have shipped your order will need to be returned to us at your expense before we can refund the full value of the items (but not the postage). Returned items must be sent back unused in their original condition.
Tax and VAT
Most orders will be charged including VAT at the current rate. If your delivery address is outside the European Union (for example the Channel Islands) the VAT will be deducted in the checkout. You may be required to pay duty when you import the item - this is beyond our control and you, as the importer, will be liable for any taxes / duties charged. You should check such charges are acceptable before proceeding with the order.
If your order is for your VAT registered company and you are in the EU (but outside the UK) you can order without paying VAT. You must contact us with your VAT number and your order number and we will arrange to refund the VAT. We then notify HM Revenue & Customs of your VAT number who will arrange that the tax is collected in your local country at a later date.
