The Hoggs Padded Wax jacket is a quality waxed cotton jacket that is quilted for warmth. Constructed from extra sturdy 500gsm double folded waxed cotton. Detachable hood is included. Corduroy collar. Two way brass zip zip front under a studded storm flap. Studded throat tab for extra protection in really foul weather. Two handwarmer pockets, two front pockets and an inside poachers pocket. Knitted internal storm cuffs. Brown, Navy or Olive.

Je viens de recevoir ma veste en France, livraison conforme et très rapide, de plus, absolument ravi par la veste en plus avec la doublure il n’y a rien à dire si ce n’est commandé la vous ne serez pas déçu. Très bon site Anglais, très bon choix et de la qualité et du sérieux à recommander.

I've spent some time looking around for a decent waxed cotton jacket at a sensible price and these are great value. Well constructed thick cotton with some padding. Good length at 35", I'm a size 40" chest and this fits me well but with enough room easily for thick jumpers. Arms are good length too. Well made throughout, very happy. It's a shame they don't do the same jacket/ build but without the padding as I would have preferred that but it should be usable autumn to spring. Compared to a Barbour Beaufort the main difference is the latter is tailored a bit better with raglan style sleeves, the lining has a coarser feel to it, probably higher cotton content. Also they do not have the padding which would make them wearable in warmer weather, otherwise though it's a lot of extra money for not a lot of return in my opinion. Top marks to Hoggs Of Fife for a great jacket.

here is a good surprise! very nice thick garment of perfect quality, made in England (not in China), too handsome for horse riding, I will keep it for casual wearing
