Packaging
We can provide your garments to you packaged as you request. Some companies prefer their garments to be delivered simply packaged securely in bulk. We always package items of the same size and colour together to make your life easier when distributing garments to staff. Others may prefer garments individually packaged and labelled or even gift wrapped. This can be arranged for a modest charge.
For companies with large numbers of staff you may want to consider our 'manpacking' service. This removes a major burden from the purchasing department in distributing the correct items to each member of staff. For example, if a company with 100 staff members requires 3 Polo shirts, 1 sweatshirt, 1 pair of trousers etc. for each staff member, when the uniform arrives at your premises you may be faced with a dozen large cartons of various uniforms needing distribution in the correct sizes and colours to the appropriate employees. This can be extremely time consuming. We can handle all of this on your behalf. If you provide us with a list of staff and their requirements we package the uniforms for each person in a 'manpack'. All that is then required is to simply give each employee the pack labelled with their name and it will contain all of their garments in the correct size. If necessary, we can even visit your premises and create the list of staff and their requirements - even measuring employees to make sure you get the correct sizes! Delivery Services
If you require items to be delivered to another company or organisation than your own, we have a range of options available. You may be reselling the items and do not wish your client to know about us. Maybe you are a marketing company acting on behalf of another organisation and you do not wish to reveal your sources to your client. The usual option is to have the garments delivered to your premises and then you forward them to your client. This of course will cost you extra in shipping. FRS can offer shipping with no mention of ourselves. We ship by UPS and the shipping labels can be edited to show you as the shipper. We include your delivery notes, promotional material and anything else you would like us to and all packaging is plain so as not to identify us. You will of course be notified by email when the parcels have been shipped with all tracking details so you can keep your client up to date.
